HELLO DEAR FRIEND!
I am happy to welcome you here, and I hope you discover something you are looking for, or you may find some inspiration to deepen your yoga practice.
I teach group yoga for all levels, as well as one on one sessions. Most classes happen online, which offers people flexibility and a great opportunity to save time on travelling, and practice at your own home comfort. Whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner, or just beginning your journey – I am sure you will learn something new and exciting while practicing in the safest and effective way!
On a daily basis yoga helped me to stay focused on my personal goals, generate positive emotions, but also boost my energy levels and improve hormonal balance, and I would like to share this with you.
The past few years of personal yoga practice and learning from renowned yoga teachers, inspired me to develop a systematic approach to help students make the best progress in a safest and most efficient way and integrate yoga principles into daily life.
Marina is very supportive and knowledgeable, no matter how limited I am by illness, Marina identifies ways I can still practice. When able to do a full class it’s enjoyable and so satisfying. I feel so fortunate to have found Marina.
Marina is a fantastic teacher, the sessions always have a nice flow too them. I always feel energised after the sessions. I’ve gained strength and muscle better than going to the gym.
